The term successments was adopted to reflect the impact
of assessments on the success of organizations . . .
and the individuals within organizations. It was
"coined" to call attention to the critical relationship
between these two words. And to cause organizational decision
makers to realize that help with this most important aspect of
their organization is just a few keystrokes away. Then follows a process to help organizational
leaders learn that there exists a pattern or footprint which
reflects the mental aptitudes, personality traits, and attitudes
about certain key areas of successful individuals in each and
every job or position in each and every organization. Ensuring the
right fit with a qualified individual and his or her job is a
critical factor.
Two other key functions of leaders are: 1) to learn how they
and the organization are perceived by its members or associates
(employees); and 2) to effectively address issues which inspire
these individuals to personally and collectively move to a higher
level of performance.
