| The PES began in 1967 as a tool to
evaluate the aptitude and personality of individuals, it was designed to
help clients' improve communications and productivity of their
organizations. This instrument has evolved over the years and is
now being used as a hiring tool, an insight tool, and a coaching and
training tool. The value of the PES to your organization, and that
of your clients, will depend on your proficiency with the
instrument.
To help you assess your proficiency level, use the following quiz. After learning your level of proficiency you can set up a program to help you move to the level you want to help you reach your goals.
